Dear Questioner,
As per the above question I would like to suggest you that you have right to open your bank account again withe the permission of the Bank Manager and also you can direct claim to Provident Fund at Delhi when you can tell your problem to Central Provident Fund officer. I believe they will solve your problem. If your problem will not solve then file a case before Consumer Court or Provident Officer for releasing of your amount. Feel free to call me and give your valuable feeddback.
