Pradhan mantri awas yojan not received

Dear sir,
I have taken a Home loan from State Bank of India for my 1st house in the month of October 2018.
Same I have applied for pradhan mantri awas yojan subsidy and still it's pending, I have written various letter to bank regarding this matter but they always show it's take time but exact time they not said.
Some my friend also taken loan after me from SBI and he had received pradhan mantri awas yojan subsidy.
I want some suggestions from your hand why my case pending ?
They always said there is no time limit for pradhan mantri awas yojan.
Please advise me regarding This Matter how can I get my pradhan mantri awas yojan subsidy?
