Poor services by the company can I file consumer case

i hired a rental Figo at Zoomcar at Bangalore for a trip to Mysore.i reached there in the evening. When i started the car again next morning and drove for about 2kms, i started getting a loud cranky noise from the engine. I called their customer care and the executive had asked me to take the car to the garage myself. I obliged, took the car to the garage.But he could not fix it, and warned me to drive not more than than 50kmph to Bangalore,exceeding this would jam the steering wheel. But later the steering wheel jammed while i was on the road. A series of calls with their customer care and after about 3 hours on the road ,They just asked me to wait for their Mysore executive to tow the car, but then i was told there could be no replacement car provided, but i could get back to b'loreon my own booked cab and theywould reimburse the bills. But now Zoomcar denies this now. I told them that wheel jam is a very serious issue and could have caused accident, but they refuse this allegation.
