Poor services by mobile network company what action is possible

I am One of the victim of this problem. In my district almost all people are using bsnl sim card. But we are unable to make calls. In my home it self I am getting almost full signal. One we start calling it decrease or completely will disappear. And call will disconnect. In bsnl towers also rapidly changing. While we are calling customer care they are telling that the problem is with mobile phone, please change it. All of the bsnl customers are facing the problem but they were telling like that. Now we are using some other sim card like Vodafone and idea. They are providing good service. can I take action against bsnl company

You can approach the nearest District Consumer Redressel Forum with a complaint alleging deficiency of service and unfair trade practice against BSNL. You can seek compensation for your losses happened by not using the network properly.
