Poor quality standards of famous restaurant

I received a piece of meat in veg pizza at Domino's .
Have got apology from ceo as well. Also had complaint with fssai regarding this but no action has been taken even after 60days.
What can i do regarding this,so some action is taken against Domino's.
You can file a consumer case claiming deficiency of service and claim compensation for that. But do consider whether you'd be ready to incur the legal charges like court fee, lawyers fee etc for this.

have you filled a written complaint to consumer court? if not please file that you don't need and advocate there.
they will call the parties and definitely you'll get compensation. you can also file the same through consumer court website, after creating a new login there. food officer is there for such cases.
