Policy issued to me by fraud agent how can I claim compensastion

lic policy is issued to me on the basis of fraud agent's documentation. the agent's husband has signed the documents in his wife's name. his wife is the agent. policy is real. but can i claim compensation from lic for the mental tension aroused from this type of documentation?

if u r paying premium regularly then u can claim for compensation as u said policy is genuine one but it is signed by agents husband still it is to be considered as genuine
u just make noticed to u r area lic manager this fact if he says no u can file claim in consumer forum

Definitely you can claim compensathion from LIC for policy issued without your due consent. And also you can initiate criminal proceedings for forging your signature by the husband of agent before criminal court.

i do not think that, you can claim compensation. But it becomes your duty to inform LIC in writing regarding this. LIC will take appropriae action against the agent. You can also request LIC for issuance of a letter assuring validity of your policy document.
