I BOOKED A PLOT IN AQUAPOLIS GHAZIABAD IN ANSAL API SCHEME IN 2008 WHICH HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED TILL NOW. PLOT LOCATION IS IN GHAZIBAD but ANSAL API OFFICE through which deal was done is in DELHI. MONEY PAID TILL NOW IS 13 LAC. Which consumer forum i should file the case.
You should immediately issue a legal notice with the help of an advocate and then you might file a case in the district consumer forum. The first step for the legal proceedings is to issue a legal notice and then all the steps will be taken accordingly If you wish you can contact me for the same.

as the consumer act is now amended you have to approach to Ghaziabad district consumer court.
but instead of approaching to consumer court you should file a case before RERA for refund.
Rera will direct the ansal to refund your amount @ MCLR+1% .
