Planning to quit college in middle of 1st year asking for full fees

Hi All, I am in 1st year of my graduation (BSc IT). I want to quit my graduation due to some reason. But My college made an agreement at the time of admission that if I quit in the middle of my studies then I have to pay all my fee including 2nd and 3rd year. please advice me if this is leaglly valid or not ?? Thanks

They can not charge for 2nd and 3rd year fees.any kind of agreement in term of future payment in respect of 2nd and 3rd year is illegal. You have a very good case if they have forced you to sign any agreement like you mentioned in your quary. Even if there are any technical problem in their campus you can ask for refund of your fees too.

According to the guidelines issued by the supreme Court of India the colleges or institutes cannot do the said thing. And if they have taken the said fees u can file a consumer complaint and if not then you are not bound to pay them any fees.
