Photographer lost my photos and videos.What action should I take?

I have booked a package of videography and photography of my marriage in 30000 in 2015 march. 19th may was my marriage date and till date the lab has not provided my marriage videos. After taking so many followups since my marrige . I have paid more than 65% of amount (21000). After multiple followups with them they are saying they dont have videos of my marrige, they have lost it. My once in a life moments were captured in those videos, which are very important to me and my familiy. After multiple followups its really frustrating me and i want to log a case against them (sagaun color lab)
You may file case before your District consumer forum for amount already paid, damage as well as advocate fee. The limitation period will be two years and jurisdiction will be the place of marriage. File the case within limitation period.
