Phone didn't replace on time. Now warranty outraged.

I purchased my Samsung j7 mobile a year ago 7th March
Has been changed the display for the 3 times for same issue.
I said them to replace the phone but they didn't.
Now warranTy end. And same problem occur again
Should I complain or not
You should complain. Because you have not got the permanent resolution. It can be a manufacturing defect in your set. The forums admit such kind of cases and also provides the compensation. Please contact me for the accurate solution with all the relevant documents related with the set.

Aur aapke mobile ke display ka problem yadi warranty Time period me hua hai to aapko bilkul dusra mobile paane k hakdar hai.
Yaa fir problems warranty time me hua hai aur display change warranty time ke baad bhi hua hai tab bhi aap case file kar sakte hai.
Aap mujhe mere e-mail se kuchh documents send kariye fir main aapko jyada achchhe se bata skta hu.
Mobile kharidane ka bill.
Service center ka job card.
Display change karne ka bill.

You should initiate a complain before the Consumer Forum, demonstrating the fact that you have represented the company thrice over the same issue but no heed was ever given, and by said deliberate inaction to replace the defective product you were ousted from time bound warranty as provided under the agreement.
Warranty expired under the private agreement cannot defy your right under consumer protection act and leave you remedyless.

Send a mail to them to replace the set because of display problem. If they refuse you can file a case on district consumer forum. I have argued on one case with similar facts and have got the relief both in district forum and state commission.
