What can an advocate do, if he finds out that the opposite party committed an offence under section 193 of IPC, in a proceeding going on in NCLT?

193 IPC would mean that a person has deposed falsely before the Tribunal. In such a case an application u.s340 CrPC may be moved before the Tribunal or Necesssary Contempt petition may be validly moved before the Tribunal under its framed rules.
