I was in paris from 25-27 and i my phone was stolen on 27th 2 hours before my flight so i could not file a complaint. When i reached india, police did not register FIR as it was not in their Jurisdiction. MY phone bill reached 3.75 lakhs. Am i liable to pay it? What is my solution?

Dear Client,
If the phone was not used by you then you can very well deny paying the said bill. Further you can check the bill and find out who called up whom and register a complaint in police station against the said person who used the phone.
First step- send notice to telecom operator to provide you the bill breakup. Further there may be a bill limit on your number, so you can take benefit of the same.
Second step- file police complaint against the person who used your phone.
