Opposite party failed to executed the decree what are the consequences

District consumer forum announced judgment but OP'S FAILED TO EXECUTE The judgment instead appealed in state commission for reducing compensation but will still carry out the repairs with fresh warranty but even not executed the judgement announced by state commission which has not reduced the compensation but increased it can I ask for increasing the compensation in same state commission

If the opposite party fails to execute the order that were passed by the state commission, you can file an execution petition in the state commission for execution of such order by the opposite-party.
