Online website cancelled the order of a pre paid product

I ordered product worth rs 100000 in rs2 only from amazon. They refused to deliver the product saying that seller cannot ship the product and later they said that there was a price error. Pls advice what to do?
firstly if yo have paid the website they are bound to send you the product, but you have to check what is the documentation have u paid by card or cash on delivery,,, if by card have you been returned the money on your card ?
if it is cash on delivery then they will not deliver..
we have to inspect what all mails etc you have regarding the order post which a clear picture can be drawn. courts might consider if they come up with a defence of typographical error.
kindly share mails etc of the order post which I can advice better.
