Online site harassing to pay money for the product

brought a product from online site but they dint delivery it and later on they refunded my money and also gave product now they are asking for money of the product and threatening to take legal action. can they take action against us
If you have received the product and they have also refunded the consideration you paid for the product, you may prefer returning the product and in which case you can inform them to collect it from you.
If the online site is only asking for money of the product and is not giving you the option of returning the product, in that case you stand in a better footing legally, because you had already cancelled the order.
But if they have delivered the product by mistake and at a reasonable time and manner asking you to return the product, which you do not want to comply, they can surely take legal action.
