Dear Sir/Madam, Yes, you have no objection from lawyer. You have to take no objection from your present lawyer to engage any other counsel, before going to NOC you have to settle his professional fees as agreed if any. And to get NOC and to submit before the court in your case and it record and you have to yourself argue/conduct the matter in person. ... best of luck... kindly review my answer/reply it will token of appreciation... by Chandrashekhar Vithal Jadhav, Advocate & Legal Consultant, Bangalore.

Hi
If u r going to represent u r case personally then lawyers NOC is not required, u can inform the Advocate that u can take care of u r case and that he need not appear and u can also inform the court the next hearing date that he does not intend to continue the case with the lawyer and that u will represent the case as "Party in Person" in all future hearing dates.
