I bought a Laptop from an online shopping site which I never received and they are ignoring my calls and emails. What legal action can I take
You may send a legal notice to the concerned department of the Company and if you don't receive any reply from the company, you can lodge a consumer complaint before the jurisdictional Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum for claim of your amount with interest.
Please keep a copy of invoice with you.
