Not received household goods transported even after 2 months

what is the immediate legal remedy available for me for the failure of transportation agency to deliver the household goods despite lapse of more than 2 months. I handed over my household goods for transportation from Jaipur to Sopore Kashmir on 26/04/2016 to Worldline transportation movers.i paid the full amount. I was told that u will receive the goods within 10 days. However more than 2 months hv passed, I hv not received the goods. Police did not file online FIR and was told to visit Jaipur for the same. Plz help
You may send a legal notice to the concerned department of the Company and if you don't receive any reply from the company, you can lodge a consumer complaint before the jurisdictional Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum for claim of your amount with interest.
