Not meeting the commitments by ParkInternational

The company is in Saket and gives membership for their hotels. They mention too many things when you go to meet them, but they never honor anything. Even they refrain from giving any confirmations over official mail channel or in writing. Though I got some confirmations but they have nnot honored anyone of them till date Even they are not reverting back on how to cancel this and get back the money To me it seems that they are a bunch of frauds who just traps persons by showing hopes and then never fulfill their promises. Now, once the payment is made, a person like me keeps running here n there and they dont revert back too. Need legal advise how to get the money back from them
