You may commence Legal action by shooting a strongly worded Legal Notice to the institution whereby you clearly state your grievances and demand immediately initiation of resolution of the same failing which you will move the appropriate Court for remedy. Further and better particulars are needed for an effective opinion.

I would advise you to initiate Legal action by issuing a Legal Notice to the concerned directors/management of the institution seeking redressal to your grievances immediately failing which a suit for mandatory injunction be filed against them. Further you may contact us for the legal services.

in this respect you can file a complaint before the district forum where the opposite parties would be served with summons and they will come to court and file their reply. then after having heard both parties the forum will take evidence and decide the matter.
