Non performance of AMC Maintenance Contract

Ours is a housing apartment at Pune 411004 registered under Sr. # 06196 of 20/08/2009 at the Office of the Sub-Registrar, Pune, Maharashtra. For our intercom services in the building, we entered into a contract for one year (AMC) 1 -7-2015 to 30-6-2016 Rs. 3500/with the service provider - KAYPEE Intercoms. The person in charge have not rendered a single service since 30-06-2015 ( for the last 6 months). Please advice
You can terminate contract for non compliance of terms and reclaim the amount if any paid
Or can make complaint in consumer forum
