Non payment of assured return by builder.


30-May-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
Sir, I booked a 250 sq ft vertual space with M/s Imperia Structures in Sector 62, Gurgaon in 2011. He paid Assured Return till 2016 after that he stopped payment. Pl advise what legal action can be taken to get my dues. Regards

1. Register your complaint with the police against the builder for cheating under IPC. 2. File the case before the Consumer Court depending upon the cost of your property. 3. you can even file the civil suit for recovery.

Hello buyer and seller are bound by the contractual agreement. you should send the legal notice to the builder for demand of dues and further payment as per contract thereafter you may institute consumer complaint for dues and compensation
