Non disposal of agricultural loan amount by cooperative society

Co operative society: Thirurameshwaram society Society code: T 96 Society secretary name: selvamani My mother applied for the agricultural loan in the village cooperative society. The co operative society secretary is not releasing the agricultural loan amount. He informed us the loan was sanctioned by October. but still now he is not releasing the loan amount. When ever we ask for it he say some worthless reasons. But he got sign from my mom in the voucher. So please advice in which way we can make complaints. And any legal possibility to claim action over him

You can seek details under Right to Information Act regarding your loan application, from the reply you can have the required details. If the loan had been sanctioned and the Secretary misappropriated the funds then you can approach the police/magistrate with a criminal complaint against the Secretary with proofs.
