Non Compliance of Execution of Order of consumer court what to do
13-Feb-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
In 2010 Feb The consumer Court had ordered the UPSIDC to refund the Amount Paid by me for the Industrial Shed along with 7% Interest but they have not Paid any amount so far What to do ? Do I have to file a Execution of Order in the same Court ? Can I File the same now after 6 Years of waiting for the amount ? What extra I can make a Prayer to the Court to make them pay as Harassment Compensation. Can I Myself file this Execution of Order ?

As per CP act and regulations youare barred from filing Exectuion Application. It should have been filed within 30 days of the order. Still an application condoning the delay could be filed sufficiently explaining the delay. It may entertain if pleased.
