Non allottment of site from a housebuilding coop society

A housebuilding coop.society has not allotted the site even after 10years after collecting the full amount.After some fraud, govt a put an administrator now and he is not refunding the amount.Can this be taken to cons.court for deficiency of service

You can file two cases one for recovery of money another for deficiency of service with consumer forum.. Also can lodge a police complaint for fraud and cheating and get the person arrested... First send legal notice to the person

yes you can take before consumer, criminal and civil courts , issue the legal notice to concerned representatives of society and take immediate action there is already delay in your case , approach any advocate they guide you with procedures
