No refund issued by Goibibo for my Airlines cancellation due to Corona

I booked a ticket from Frankfurt to Chennai and back. My Travel date from Frankfurt to Chennai was on 03.03.2020 and return was supposed to be on 05.04.2020. I travelled till chennai, but due to Corona lockdown my flight was cancelled. I tried to Email them, they said although there is lockdown, they havent got any confimation with Lufthansa Airlines. I was surprised to hear that, as there was a strict ban on air travel, Goibibo told the flights were still running. After few days when i mailed them, I got a reply saying they have closed the email systems, Try contacting us on our self care portal. Their self care portal, call center everything is dependent on registered mno. In my case, my mobile no. was a german no. Therefeore, it had 11Digit instead of traditional Indian 10 Digit mobile no. So, it said invalid Mno. I tried writing them on social media, they replied refund initaited. This was in the month of April. Now, they dont reply on Social media. No refund till date.
