No Proper Resolution from Telecom Operator For Network Issue

Hi, I've been using Reliance CDMA Datacard since 1year. Now they Stopped giving Coverage In my Area due to 4G Upgradation for an Certain Period which may be more than two months. When contacting them, they saying " we stopped only High Speed Data (HSD) and 1X remains the same. You can continue using that" But for me 1x even not coming at least to access that Slow internet. As they have Not given any prior intimation for upgrade to happen in tamilnadu Circle, I've Recharged with 999Pack which comes with validity of 28 days for an 24 GB Data. My data kept unused, Please Hel

They will register your complaint and forward it to the company for waiver of the monthly bill.
Truly, this happened with me too, I am also assured of waiver in the bill for this month, so we shall wait.
