No action taken for defective laptop what action can I take

The e bay team is not acting on my claim new laptop I purchased from e bay not working ... I want to file cousumer court case on them want to know what are my winning chances . I have their voice recorded for their fake promises and since I am on to job if I file a case against them do I have to travel the court daily I cannot afford missing my office .
app ne laptop kab kharida. kya jab app ne laptop purchase kiya us samay app ko laptop ke paper mile hoge. app ko evidance bana kar ke consumer court mai file kar do. app ko office bhi miss nahi karna padega. aur app ka kam ho gayega.

Dear Owner, yes you can file the case against the E bay in the grievance cell of the consumer court , but i would 1st advice you to report the case to ebay and ask for the return of the same as well as you can also lock a call with the maker of the laptop as all laptops now a days are under guarantee for 1yr, in case you still face with the problem than lock an FIR against the seller company, dealer and the EBay , kindly keep the record of the same and than file a case in the consumer court.
