Negligence by retail shop led to bone fracture

I was in a retail shop reliance trends in a mall. I went there for shopping. There was water spilled on the floor by some other customer. I did not see the water and slipped due to which suffered thigh bone fracture. I had to undergo a surgery and minimum 6 months for recovery. Would i get back money lost in surgery and 6 months pain money

1. It is the physical hurt caused by negligence act. It attracts criminal offence against the reiance trend. 2. you need to approach near by police station to file complaint. 3. After filing criminal case, you may file civil recoery case.
