Hello. My query is that. One website regarding some detox product has used my picture has been falsely used for their products on their website without my consent. On top of that I have never even used their product. It puts a false and wrong impression about my health.

First of all you have to file complaint with Police station in cyber cell also you have to file complaint within the department of Grievances Against Misleading Advertisements (GAMA). Finally you can move to consumer forum and can claim huge compensation. Also you can file defamation proceedings against the company.

Hi, they cannot use your picture without your consent. I would suggest that you send them a legal notice regarding the same and sue them for compensation as they have committed an illegal act. Let me know if you want me to draft the notice for you so that we can send it to them and take the necessary legal action.
