Money is stuck in a company in Delhi. I am fed up please help me.

I am an professional astrologer and working as a freelancer for several reputed companies, i was working with a company in Delhi until March 2018 and they have not paid me the last bill of around 50,000 and now avoiding all the mode of communication as well. I am fed up from last several months, what to do, please guide me.
You have to file money suit case in civil court. Consumer court has no jurisdiction in entertain this kind of cases. You have to go labour commissioner depending upon case or you need to go civil court . You have to take legal action against them by hiring a lawyer .

In this regard, i advice you that your claim in this totally depends upon the documentation you had with company which includes your emails, messages and other evidence you have. You can certainly file summary suit for recovery against the said company and wherein you can seek for the payment of your dues along with interest. For further clarification, please contact.

Serve them a legal notice, with a invoice bill of the said amount.
Hire a lawyer to draft your legal notice and serve them that regarding non-payment of your dues.
Also do you have the proof that you have given them astrological consultation during that period?
