Mobile in warranty, defected product delivered can case be filed ?

Sir, I have bought mobile through Flipkart. Now it is not in working condition warranty period. I have given it in to Authorized service station last from 2 months. Still it is not repair. Now I want to give complaint in consumer court. PL explain what is Process and to whom I should compaint against i.e. service station, Flipkart, Le2Eco mobile company. Regards

You must file complaint in your local city or district consumer forum.
First of all you may give legal notice to flipcart.
They reply within one month and ready for repair or exchange mobile,
it is good for u.
But they are not ready for that , you file complaint in consumer court .

You should file complaint in consumer court. You are a consumer of flipcard and also of mobile company both. You should file complaint in consumer forum by any consumer association or by an Advocate or even you can file case by yourself. You have to prove that you are a consumer and there is unfair trade practice . Submit your mobile bill , warrenty card etc. Write details of your complaint.
