Misleading Guidance by Educational Institute what action can I take

Hello, I am an undergraduate 1st year b.tech student... As I cleared my 12th and gave my JEE-MAINS... I had doubt that I'll that exam... So after deep consideration... I went to Consultancy Agency named AONE SOLUTION'S at Ranchi... There, after looking at my rank they promised me that I'll get good colleges in Punjab and Rajasthan... They even said that I'll get admission in Guru Gobind Singh College or they will refund my money... But after the results were out, I was given just one college... that too It was 3rd in my priority list... So as they said that if you don't get these colleges we will refund... And they said that they will refund after the JEE-MAINS 2017 registration dates are announced... But when I reached to ask for my refund as I haven't got Satisfactory Results... They are refusing to refund and saying that you have got one college from the list, so cannot get the refund... What should be my next step...??
immediately contact an advocate with all documents. you can file a case in consumer forum and also criminal case for criminal breach of trust. hope you have evidence regarding their assurances. if you do not, give them a call over phone and occasion voice recording or visit them and have audio-video recording. Before filing case, ensure you have ample evidence to get relief and establish your case.

Prior to this you should recollect that during the time of giving money to aforesaid consultancy, you did receive any receipt. Whether that consultancy is a registered firm or not?
