Misbehavior in Private Intercity bus, how can i file a case against th

The bus Driver and conductor misbehaved with my wife by using abusing language as they already argued with me for additional luggage charges during boarding.How can I take legal action in this case ?

As a service provider it's their duty to take due diligence of customers in providing the services and misconduct amounts to deficiency of service on part of the private intercity bus , hence you are liable to claim compensation by filing your complaint before consumer dispute redressal forum.
