Membership Benefit not provided by the company what to do

I have taken hotel membership from Club Group of hotels after paying Rs. 70,000/- for 10 years in November 2015. Subsequently in Dec 2015, I have request for booking for 12th and 13th Feb 2016, which was confirmed by the customer care, with promise that they would provide the confirmation voucher 15th days before travel date. However, 15 days before travel date, they told me that booking cannot be done as no room is available. I complain to Club Group. Again, I made another booking, this time I was told that no room is available whereas rooms are available on travel portal. Please advise.
