My vehicle's front doors leak and let rainwater in through both the driver and passenger sides. I have been contacting the company and dealership for almost a year now, but they are only averting this severe issue by providing temporary makeshift solutions that stop the leakage for a day or two only and then the roof starts leaking again. What actions can I take against the company and dealership to replace the faulty parts and to compensate me for not providing a solution and harassing me for a year?
You have to file a complaint before consumer court to get relief ask for the new car of the same model For that, the only option left is to approach the court through your advocate so that the amount will be refunded or a new vehicle will be given to you.

If they are not listening to you then you can send them a legal notice and in that notice you can write either refund my money back along with compensation or face legal action. And if want to go legal then you can always forward a written complaint to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
