Manufacturer & Operating system

16-Mar-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
My device stopped working after some error and i think it could be planned obsolescence, even before current system crash, company replaced motherboard and wifi to fix problems which were not fixed even after repair. I also had another insurance company and they didnt perform any repairs. What actions should i take now? I was taking backup and the OS didnt copy many files citing- destination too long and many files remained uncopied despite huge space available, who is responsible for data loss in this case and who backs it up? What action should i take?

You can send the concerned company a legal notice before you decude to take any further action. Attach all parties necessary in your notice. wait for their response. if they still do not help you, reach out your nearest consumer forum and file a complaint. Avail legal services to avoid technical problems in the process.
