Loan default from ICICI bank and getting threat calls

I have been defaulted loan from ICICI
Bank. A loan has been given to me of Rs. 250000 withount signing any docs. Even I didn't know any T&C. I didn't provide them cancelled check or ECS mandated as well.
After paying 8 emi through two checks
I stopped paying.
Now recovery agent threating for civil case.
Plz suggest.
if the payment has been done with respect to the aforesaid loan, there must be any reciept to prove that the payment had been done. The same shall be used to establish the case. once these documents are put on record, the complaint against the said Insurer shall be decided on merits, deciding in the favor of the Complainant.
