Legal Remedy in case Item Is Cancelled By Amazon

Sir /madam i am kishore from hyderabad.i purchased product from amazon on 21st sep 2017.At this time product special price is 10rs..(today cost is 25k)...after placing the order i was . to customer people .This people says guarantee deliver the item before 6th november .but after 35 days cancelled the item without any message..i have recordings ,screenshorts are there... In this case what to do...how to approach consumer court
You can approach District consumer forum . if required take the help of lawyer who will take the case. Show all relevant proofs. Amazon having office in Hyderabad. Before that You send legal notice to them .
