Legal notice by the MTS for not accepting its services.

i had a MTS internet dongle.but it was not working properly i disconnected it.in the month of july i converted it to jio.now was torturing verbally by MTS intermediates. and they ve send a legal notice under IPC sections 405,406,420 , 190/200, 357..i ve got a bill of 992..so what can i do?

Dear Friend,

You should handle the issue in a two fold manner (1) Send a Reply Notice to MTS through a Lawyer (2) Send a fresh Notice to MTS by pointing out their deficiency in Service and subsequently file a compensation claim at CDRF in your District.
