Legal action on private college not providing final sem intermal marks

Respected sir/madam We are the students of private engineering college of meerut. Recently we appeared for our final semester exams and our result declared. We got external marks but the internal marks are not provided by college. Ther are forcely making us debarred without telling any actual reason such that they can have more money by repaeting the session by us about 30-40 students. Please tell us how to go through it if we want to take any legal action against the college. It is about our future some of we are got jobs set some are preparing for other services its a total disaster against our bright future. Please provide us a better way to get us our degree. We are waiting for your suggestions. Thank you
send your college a legal notice asap pointing out the illegalities to which they are resorting. Approach the local media and try to report the issue to them and also try to ensure that a news report is published against the college. Start agitations(peaceful) against the administration. If the college does not mends it ways despite all this, you have no option but to approach the High Court against your college and seek appropriate relief in a writ proceeding.

you can prefer first an application before the university , from which your college is affiliated and also the AICTE thereafter if the University or AICTE do not do anything, then you can prefer a Writ Petition before the Hon'ble High Court, the High Court will definitely be of help.
