Order has been made through online from a clothing store.the product has not been dispatched and the lady owners are using arrogance and unparlimentory words against me and my mother.

if you have the copy of the order form and the reciept of the payment of bill for the goods ordered online and if you can trace the owner to which the order has been made online, then you can very well file a case in the district consumer forum for deficiency of service

Is the clothing stores is registered one then notice shall be sent. The first process is sending of notices and process at court. The opposite side is very week then nothing can be done. The sections 12 is important.
