Legal action against the builder when not provided with parking space?

Builder has showcased amenities in brochure and even mentioned direction of amentities in agreement but didnot provided same on possession .He has not provided internal road also. Parking allotment is not done and p2 parking access is not there in place. what we can get if we file case in consumer court.

If developer has not fulfilled his promises as assured on paper, you can very well approach Court of law with your grievances.
Prior to that, kindly form the society, if not formed and move before Court. You would surely get the relief from court.

Report to RERA if it falls under the purview or file a consumer case in district or state forum as per the value of the property in question. Also make sure that the details are properly documented wrt what the builder had promised and what is being actually offered. Claim for suitable compensation on a percentage basis upto 25% along with mental harassment for the follow up required for getting the things done. The claim should be technically justified for consumer court and if opting for RERA then you will be directed towards appropriate actions.
