Laser treatment for tattoo removal doctors cheated what to do

30-Aug-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I went to a clinic in kolkata salt lake to consult a doctor for my tattoo removal. the doctor assured me that my tattoo would completely get removed within 3- 4 months and it would take maximum 6 - 7 sittings. so that day i payed the entire money to them. when i started my first sitting i was sent to a different place for the tattoo removal process. then consequently they kept on changing places and doctors and gave me excuses that i was being sent to a place where they had better machines. this went on and after my 6th sitting the doctor which did it told that my tattoo would not get completely removed and it has left a big scar on my hand. so he suggested skin grafting which will need more money. it has been 9months now and i am left with scar on my hand. today i went to the clinic where i first went for consultation. their doctor now told me that it may require another 6 months more to get my tattoo removed and they refused to pay my money back. What should I do?

Do you have any documentary evidence against the doctor where he said that your tattoo will be removed without leaving any scar on the hand or can you present some evidence wherein it appears that they are representing such words. Whatever the case be you have absolute and perfect right to sue the doctor and its clinic in the consumer forum without any hesitation. Take consultancy of a lawyer before implementing any complaint.
