Jurisdiction of consumer court on the mentioned grievances

Request to know if any of the below is under jurisdiction of consumer court. 1) Recover excess maintenance charges collected by builder from buyer of flat prior to allotment and poession date of flat by buyer and under what section. 2) violation by builder in DC approved layout plan of not providing r.g. inspite showing the same in plan.3( providing 2 car parks to all residents expect 1 resident impartially inspite having availability.4) not providing space for visitor parking inspite showing in DC approved plan.

well, it partially falls within the jurisdiction of RERA Act and partially within the Consumer Protection Act.
so for sr. no. 1 and 2 within RERA and 4 is within CP act.
Sr. No. is discretionary power. you may file a complaint before RERA or D.C.F. it's up to you.

Hello,

It depends on your location and the claim. You can demand compensation based on the damage and hardships caused to you. You can file a matter in district commission for deficiency of service against the builder. You may contact us for further assistance.
