Issue regarding consumer service with apple service provided

I have owned iphone6s on 5th sept 2016 from july 2017 i have visited the B2X (apple service provider) for more than 5 times still the issue is not saved. Neither they have solved my issue not did have replaced the product. The warranty period is almost gone. Now the issue accures again. The issue have occured in front the executive itself still they denied giving excuse on the bases of proof

Dear client first u have to send legal notice through lawyer to company and have to ask replacement of handset or amount with compensation for mental harassment. If company not act per notice then file case in consumer court. For any legal help call me

Dear Client,
If you are aggravated by the behavior/service of service provider, you can very-well initiate proceedings under Consumer Protection Act.
Step1- send legal notice
step2- File case before Consumer Court with your grievances.
