Freedom 251 mobile phone website does not have a refund policy on its website. What can buyers do to ensure their money is not being used to generate interest? Is running an e-commerce website like this without proper terms of use, refund policies, company address legal in India?
All the companies maintaining soliciting customers through online portal needs to mandatorily follow/comply with the intermediary guidelines. Any companies/venture in the online space not complying with those guidelines are functioning in an illegal manner.
