Invested in redevelopment project but now builder in jail now progress

We have invested in re-development project since 3 years back. The builder is behind bars for some other property matters and no progress on the project. What action can we take against him?
Dear client first u have to send Legal notice through lawyer and have to ask the builder to pay back yr amount with interest. If builder will not pay back u amount then file case in consumer court for deficiency in service. For any legal help call me
