Interior designers provided poor services wants to take legal action

Our home interior wood works have done by the company "do my home"before 8 to 10 months..they promised us to give compliment during order placement but did not gave till date..some quality issues are also there for which we contacting them for months but no proper response...pls guide us on this issue
Ensure you have some document in written from the decorator company that they promised to give you a compliment ??
Make sure of all the quality issues and jolt it down properly.,
File it in district consumer forum within reasonable time ,
Seek for relief in terms of monetary and pray to fix the issues or compensation
