Sir, inspite of availing a zero dep insurance, there are certain things which are required to check. I also need to know certain things. FIrst get your car repaired. Get the bill from the authorised service center and then we can draft a notice and proceed accordingly.

Dear Client,
As per your statements "Bought zero dep insurance from ICICI lombard. My car met with an accident. When i asked for insurance claim a heated argument happened with the insurance agent. Now they have denied to give me insurance claim when the bill is raised. What to do?" my suggestion is to file a case against the Insurance company in consumer court. For that you need to show me all relevant papers.

First place a written demand for your insurance claim.Once it is repudiated for any reason which is not supported by the Insurance agreement , you can file case before the consumer forum wherein you will be reimbursed along with damages and compensation.
